    Locked out.

I posted this earlier. I was setting up the vidon.me box and was changing the video resolution. When it hit 1080p the screen went black. Now I can't get into any setup menu. There's no way to get back in to change the setting to 1080i. How do I reset the box so I can make changes. Is there an email address to send problems to support?

    %^$%^$^#^Fixed......NOT!!!

Well, I fixed the locked out problem by connecting the box to a 1080p monitor. Then, at least I could get it to display again. I changed the settings, then re-connected the 1080i monitor. This should not be required! It should ask if the res setting is correct, and if it doesn't get a confirmation, revert back to the last setting!...Ya Think??!!

Now, I got it up and running, went to the audio settings, and, NO HDMI OPTION!!!

I tried to get it to play a movie anyway to at least check the video quality. Well it will start to play a movie for 4 or 5 seconds and then just lockup! I'm using a 3tb WD drive with all the iso files in 1 folder

Does ANYONE have this box working????

We get your point no need to keep post this information and as far as I know nobody has the box working just now we are all waiting for a firmware update.

        But......

The point is, Why was this ever sent out as a working product. I've paid for something from a manufacturer who's software I like. This hardware was clearly not ready to be shipped to anyone. Your company has my money. I have a $99.00 doorstop!

I feel you man I have one myself but I have confidence it will be set to right. And just so you know it ain't my company, I'm not affiliated with DVDFab Software in any way.

            OK

Sorry, I assumed that since you were a moderator, you were connected with dvdfab.....Oops!

Anyway I'm frustrated. Oh, and I should point out that I do video production work for a living. And build all my own PC's. So, I'm not an amateur trying to get this box to work.

            Take care.

              Hi vidfish
We all feel you, as my friend said.
Mine is sitting on a shelf until I hear something concerning a fix for this box.
