    Amazon Download complete but failure with errorcode 702

    Hello,

    I tried to download some episodes of Andromeda on Amazon, but after the download finished, I got an error code 702 in the logs.

    Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? What does the code mean?

    Some parts could be loaded without any problems.

    What version of streamfab?
    Which episodes?
    Attach the log file.

    I just tested and was able to successfully download some episodes in 6.1.9.8.

      I know this error only from AppleTV+ Downloader - here
      (after server replied: Bad Request)

        And when sending a log, use this procedure...
        Delete the existing StreamFab.log from your Log directory. Run the ONE download that you are having problems with. Exit StreamFab. Do not edit this new StreamFab.log in any way. Attach it to a post here on the forum.​

          I used the latest version 6.1.9.8 and 6.1.9.6 but same error code.

          log done and attached as suggested from cats4u.

          flylow+ sorry havent said that I use the german version of amazon video.

            There is no 720p at amazon.de - see in German Forum here

            Edit: Try "Extract to srt" instead "Remux Into File"

              The XML tag file '.. /Video_00/tag.xml' contains an error at position 619: Start-end tags mismatch
              Looks like a problem with your setting ..
              .. same error for me with same settings !

              Don't use MKV (MKVToolNix) - change to mp4 or mkv (ffmpeg)​ - info
