    Amazon - Failed to obtain the decryption key, please contact us for assistance.

    I tried several series - same results. FBI, FBI International, FBI Most Wanted, Mythic Quest.
    I was able to download a movie.

    Is it just me?

    Thanks, Germania. Upgrading to 6.2.2.0 did resolve the issue for me.

      Perhaps you try episodes that are not streamable ..

      Fix: A problem that TV Shows that do not have playback permissions were not hidden
      on the video analysis prompt window in Amazon Prime Video.
      So use SF 6220 to resolve this issue​

        Same issue with V6.2.1.9 with Will Trent on AMZ. I purchased the whole season 3. As of this morning I could not download Will Trent S3 E6. Got the error message as above.

        I deleted all from the queue, and re-added Will Trent S3 episodes 5 and 6. Episode 5 downloaded fine, Episode 6 got the same error (as reported by cbarbie) as when I initially tried it.

        Could someone with V6.2.2.0 try this and report results?

          Oh, and, yes, Will Trent S3 E6 plays fine in the Windows browser.

            Why don't you do it yourself?

            Even if I had amazon.com prime, I don't know why anyone should pay for s03e06 at amazon
            when it will be/is available (soon?) on Hulu for no additional cost - but I don't have either nor ..

            .. personally, I can only offer to look into your StreamFab.log (tested with failed s03e06)​

              Ok. I'll upgrade to 6.2.2.0 and try it there. Had seen some folks having issues with that version, so I was holding off on upgrading.
              If still an issue after that, I'll attach log.

              I buy just this one series through AMZ because Disney/Hulu does not always release its episodes in a timely manner. Today, however, I did download it from Disney/Hulu instead.
