StreamFab for Windows Netflix Download Fails. Error Code 210

All my Netflix downloads fail with Streamfab 6.2.2.1 Error 210 after analyzing. What does that error code mean and what can I do to resolve?

I tried uploading my log but the forum gives an error uploading image error. Thanks.

Get many unrelated results looking for an error 210. One was, This code indicates that the client disconnected and then reconnected to the server.
So, maybe check your connection to the Internet? Reboot the computer and if possible reboot or power cycle your modem/router.

    Maybe try

If you want to do a log. First, delete it with SF closed. Then open SF, go to what causes the error, close SF, and then attach to the forum using the Upload Attachments button. A 'Trusted Member' or maybe DVDFab staff, staff being very unlikely, will see if they get more info from the log.

With the error you say for doing a log, you're probably trying the upload image option.

Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at
    https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

      I think I've never seen error 210

      > error uploading image error

A log file is no image - so use "Upload Attachment" ..
.. and if the log is to large:

      - close SF, rename the StreamFab.log
      - open SF try once and after fails close sf
and attach your StreamFab.log to your post
(of course it can also packed as zip or rar)

I'm getting an Error Code 210 on all of my files... I suspect I know what the culprit is too. For some reason, I'm not given the option to select a resolution whenever I click on anything.

for some reason, I can't upload my log file because it's too big (its only 1.4 MB)

edit: got it to attach by zipping the file

Ok, just confirmed for me its H265 that's broken, I'm able to download files in H264

Are you sure your movie is available in H265?
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

I did a quick check, and H265 is the only selection not working on that movie, so might be it's not available in H265. H264, AV1, and VP9 all work.
After reading what others said about Netflix and AV1, I use AV1 now, most of the time now.
Also, pretty much that is what the 210 error code is, video and/or audio not able to find or download.

ADDED: As I said, I use either AV1 or H264, I checked at least 3 other movies on Netflix, and no H265 either.
Some other info >here & here, You may also find more info by searching the forum for H265.

ADDED #2: I went back to 6221 & 6223, and H265 works, so it seems to be an issue, at least with 6227, and it goes back to at least 6225.

I see for H265 only the bitrate from H264 Main

H265 is not broken - it is not offered by NF.

A long time ago, H265 SDR was replaced by AV1 ..
.. now HDR is being replaced by HDR10+ AV1 (info)
But SF currently does not support this

Ok, it's not "broken" it just shouldn't be there because netflix no longer supports it.

As it seems you are right again Germania, streamfab 6221 & 6223 gave me options of H265 and said it downloaded.

I did not, at the time, do a forensic deep dive, I have now done that and see it ends up being H264.

Sorry, that was my mistake for not testing further at the time. I said goodbye to H265 long ago, as for some reason or another it never worked for me in Netflix, so I used H264.

Now, 99% of the time, after streamfab made it possible to use AV1 on Netflix, that's the one I stick with now.

It does seem now most, if not all, Netflix content is not available in H265. Although rumors still circulate that the Netflix originals and movies with the big red Netflix N may still be available in H265. And it is just that, a rumor. I'll stick with AV1.
