Trying to copy an Excercise DVD with Menus

I can't figure out how to copy an Exercise DVD that has Menus (Day 1 Day 2 Day 3). When I copy it it automatically starts with Day 1.

I would like to put several files (like TV shows) on to one Blu-ray disc and be able to select which file to play by using a menu. Can any of the DVDFab...

The Avengers menuing is working now, it just looks weird (and ugly). There's a weird, posterized blue rounded rectangle...
