No Sound on some episodes.

I have the complete 11 seasons of M*A*S*H on DVD. I have ripped the episodes for my home media Plex Server, and mostly they are working fine, with the exception of 4 episodes. These episodes have no sound when ripped. The sound is there when I play the preview prior to ripping, and its there if I copy the disk, but when I rip them they are missing. Any thoughts as to what the issue could be?

This problem has existed for several years, I just tried again with the latest update, and it still is not grabbing the sound.

Did you try playback the output file using software players on your PC? Do you have sound?

Please use Mediainfo tool to analyze one of the output file that you have the sound issue, and post the result here.

I have tried it using several players, and also within Plex Media Server. As I said, most of the episodes are working fine.

I usually do use an iphone format, I've tried multiple Apple Ipad interfaces, and tried a theatre MKV mode, all have the same issue.

Yes, i've selected English Normal, on the Audio track selection. And when I clone the disk to ISO, I can play the episode with sound in VLC Media Player, no problem. The disk is M*A*S*H season 3, Disk 1, Episode 5, The O.R. If you need the ISO, how do I get it to you?
