I had the same problem with all the v9 upgrades. try this. uninstall v9 completely and re-install it fresh. that fixed mine.

I think it suffers the same issue as some other profiles, aac "main" when aac "LC' is required.

Having the same issue. Tried ripping using AppleTV profiles. Switched to iPad 1080 profile and that seemed to work.

Yes, the Ipad3 1080p profile works fine. One test is if you can play in iTunes it probably will play in Apple TV. You also don't need to wait for a full rip to complete to test if the updated version is working (it's not now) . Just get a small bit ripped than try and play it. If you do a get info in iTunes you'll notice using the Apple TV / Apple TV3 profiles you see NO sound values. It's cause it can't see any it knows.

I too cant get audio when using v9. I am new to this software and am thinking about going back to the free software I was using before purchasing this. Usually how quickly will this be fixed and a new revision of the software released? I downloaded v8 and it is working fine so my money hasn't gone to waste entirely. I do have, on some DVD's, audio and video sinc problems with 8 that I am unsure at this point if 9 would have the same problem, I wont know that until I get any audio at all from 9, LOL.

AppleTV profiles - I just tried the re-instal, that did NOT work. The use of the iPad3 1080p does work. Until they fix this bug, suggest the use of the iPad3 Profile.

The temporary solution is to use one of the iPad profiles until this is corrected.

I'm experiencing the same issue. The video comes out great, but audio.

                          I'm using DVDFab v9.0.2.0 Qt. I'm ripping a bluray movie to mp4.h264.acc.

I can only get audio when playback the video file via xbmc. There's no audio when playback with Windows Media Center, Windows Media Player, or iTunes. My TV is capable of playing the mp4.h264.acc, but I'm not getting audio from it either.

I have the same experience with DVDFab v8.2.2.6 Qt. For this version, I also found that the ripped video is not as smooth as the one created with v9.0.2.0 Qt.

Are you guys, at DVDFab, seeing this? Any further update on this issue?

There's been a error on my part in my environment. I believe the audio is now working again with the video using v9.0.2.0 Qt. I'll confirm and post another update.

Confirmed it was my mistake. My latest bluray rip to mp4.h264.aac worked great with DVDFab v9.0.2.0 Qt. Able to playback in Windows Media Center, Windows Media Player, iTunes, and TV.
