It seems that the new version 6.2.1.4 is actually able to download videos from Disney+ with 1080p what is great news!But the codec used seems to be a QUICKTIME codec (Apple), named "V_QUICKTIME".(Update: V_QUICKTIME is the Matroska-way to indicate Apple Quicktime, where V_ is just a prefix for "video") Installing Quicktime for Windows does not enable any video player or video converter to work with the download videos.What can I do to convert them to AVC or HVEC format?Any advice is very welcome :-)

ive this problem too but ive a workround:settings -> preferred settings -> mkv (ffmpeg) this problem is not only on disneyand i dont like ffpmeg... its good for mp4 files but not for mkv filesmkvtoolnix (mkvmerge) is way better but idk what streamfab is doing with this bug

I always uninstall StreamFab completely using a professional Uninstaller, and I delete the DVDFab-folder, too.Then I use the offline installer - going this way I have never had any trouble so far.I switched back to MKX(MKVtoolnix), so the downloaded file is QUICKTIME again.I did other tests with ffmpeg (try to convert to a "better" format), and it gave me the hint that the file uses the codec "encv", i.e. it is encrypted.I think for some reason the (still) encrypted content is stored. Sometimes episodes 1, 2, 3 work, but then 4, 5, etc. don’t.It’s completely weird and totally random.Downloading multiple times doesn’t help either; the error still occurs.To also clear up the myth about the offline/online installer:I have never ever ever had any issues with the online installer.I’ve tried using the offline installer several times when problems occurred.But the problems were always the same.Why the online installer causes issues for some people, I can’t say (it could possibly be related to the internet itself—unstable connections, Wi-Fi, etc.).However, the online installer itself is not the problem.The only real advantage of a clean install is that unused files are removed and the system gets a general cleanup.

I tried the new Beta and my downloads of American Dad were great.
However I downloaded 2 episodes of Family Guy and the audio is only AAC 2.0. (Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater and Gist of the White Guy). I downloaded the same episodes the other day with AC3 5.1 audio (only 720p video though). The program didn't seem to detect the AC3 track at all.

Remember not all content will have 1080p on Disney and not all content will have ac3 audio it depends on the program some Series are only in sd like Ducktales 1987

Thank you @Wilson.Wang and crew for pouncing on the issue so fast. How many times had we seen comments about providers "never" having 1080p available? Hell, Hulu was in that group as well and we see 4K a lot of times (assuming you have the right plan).

For me, downloading 'Queen Rock Montreal' gives an empty mp4 file, no matter the resolution (tried 1080p, 720p and 360p). No error message, which is also strange.

Tried both the beta and 6.2.1.5.

Some older version of SF downloaded it in 720p no problem over half a year ago.

Other than that, hundreds of downloads are perfectly fine and in 1080p.

Judge Dredd (1995) on NL and BE Disney is one of the titles that has this exact error when grabbing 1080p, 720p and below, no error. Had to get keys myself and decrypt video file.
