Having problems on D+. Keep getting error code 10002. It'll get like 60% or so downloaded before the error. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the log. 1080 and 720 in x264 and x265 have been failing. I did just get one of them downloaded just now as 480.

I can't test D+ in USA - but in Germany it works in 1080p H264

Log with > 27000 lines is too much for me ..

I have been using Disney for a few years. Mostly ok. However I've not been able to download anything from Disney in roughly 6 months. Usually 10002 or similar error, similar to what is mentioned here. Attaching sample log file.

Always these false announcements ..

No one can guess what the problem on your end is ..
.. so I can only test and I can't detect a SF problem.

Most D+ problems occur in the USA, which is why I tested there:

I cleared all the log files and tried. Is there somewhere else you recommend?

Note I almost always use the built in update feature. I guess sometime this next week I'll uninstall and reinstall.

In Germany, Disney+ works perfectly, no problems whatsoever.

Working for me in US. However, I periodically clear temp/log folder, which I have set to a custom folder to make that way easier. Also, I only update from the downloaded updater from website and *never* the built in update function as this seems to often have permission/ownership issues on Windows.

Fresh install and still having same issue.

Note the link to message about compressing the log file if needed is no longer working. In addition, Zip and 7z were both rejected. Therefore I simply broke the log file into 2 files, Part 1 and Part 2….

More than 90% of your log is useless because it contains the same error:
[Critical]: [default] "QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :Connection closed, code : 2

But the beginning of the log file is completely missing.

You have an problem with your Connection (or account)
Are you using a VPN ? - Using an USA account ?

Looks like Ironheart ep3 - works fine for me in Germany ..
.. but can’t get (with my non US account) in USA

Was originally trying “The Village” which was free Hulu for a while. Since this has changed, no longer trying this Movie.

if yes, then try removing all others from the account except yours and see if you still
have trouble downloading.

Now I tried with SF 6260, mkv(ffmpeg) and maximal H264 like you
via NY (vod-ftc-na-east-1.media), Houston+Phoenix (vod-ftc-na-east-2)
but don’t get vod-dsc-na-south-1 (?) like you ..

.. whatever, also s01e01 works fine for me in USA

Perhaps you should try a different region with vpn
or you have a partner login, that does not allow downloads
(I know this from Max - info)

FYI, I have no issues with D+ in US, no VPN; but unable to download the “free from HULU” stuff as got error/fail also (was trying Rocky Horror last week). I was trying to do 4K either as HDR or SDR. Just downloaded the National Treasure movies okay. Wild that D+ messing with their library again; the older Indiana Jones movies now gone. Sheesh.
