It’s unfortunate support is so lacking with SF this is becoming a bigger and bigger issue, with the prices they charge and raising them 2 to 4 times a year now they should have much better development and support!!
We can only offer suggestions here, and again not having access to the site it’s a bit harder to offer other suggestions. It could be something with the site itself.
I looked one last time in the log you provided, and there is nothing to point to why the movie is short.
It does show SF has to convert from a .ts file to either mp4 or mkv and SF uses FFmpeg or there is an option in SF using mkv to use mkvtoolnix, so one way or another it should come out right.
I did .ts files manually in the past using FFmpeg and all seemed fine, so again don’t know what could be happening.
Unless there is something wrong with the file SF downloads, or something with the site itself causing the issue.
But then again there is no error, and you do get a finished file, although you say it’s shorter in viewing length then it should be.
I am not sure what else to say. The topic will remain open and will stay here in the community, and maybe someone else who uses or has access to the site can say if it does this or not to them.
One last thing, do you know if it worked in v7002 as that version seems to work better for most then v7005?
