Yeah, most times logs can tell something. Nothing major sticks out, maybe someone else will see something I missed in log. I am not great with Japan, but my browser can translate much of the site. It seems it's a pay site, and I don't take chances if it's a site out of the USA using money. It's sucks where we don't have access to all sites, as I would try a few different options to see if any worked. I also am not sure, I fully understand after re-reading the issue. You say the movie is 20:34, and you get a movie that's 20:32. 20:32 comes to 2 minutes shorter than 20:34. I am not sure if you will miss that much, or maybe it don't then play at all? You could try first clearing temp folder to see if any change. If it happens to other movies also it seems it uses M3U8 manifest, others are reporting many issues with it in v7005, here in the community with sites using M3U8 manifest. Thank you. I tried clearing the temporary folder and using mkv instead of mp4 in the SF options, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm using the Caribbeancom downloader, which is sold separately, instead of M3U8. I've contacted support in the past, but they didn't solve the problem, so I'm asking for help here.

@"yuu.kufs"#p474189 It's unfortunate support is **so lacking with SF this is becoming a bigger and bigger issue**, with the prices they charge and raising them 2 to 4 times a year now they should have much better development and support!! We can only offer suggestions here, and again not having access to the site it's a bit harder to offer other suggestions. It could be something with the site itself. I looked one last time in the log you provided, and there is nothing to point to why the movie is short. It does show SF has to convert from a .ts file to either mp4 or mkv and SF uses FFmpeg or there is an option in SF using mkv to use mkvtoolnix, so one way or another it should come out right. I did .ts files manually in the past using FFmpeg and all seemed fine, so again don't know what could be happening. Unless there is something wrong with the file SF downloads, or something with the site itself causing the issue. But then again there is no error, and you do get a finished file, although you say it's shorter in viewing length then it should be. I am not sure what else to say. The topic will remain open and will stay here in the community, and maybe someone else who uses or has access to the site can say if it does this or not to them. One last thing, do you know if it worked in v7002 as that version seems to work better for most then v7005?

Could it be that an intro is missing at the beginning (recognized as an ad) ?

Well as I said before it’s a pay site so it’s limited to who can even access it.
I missed in the log where Germania says it shows it’s cutting the video short, I can only assume it don’t say why.
This has to be taken to SF support, and it is a VIP site as well so they need to fix.. (https://streamfab.com/contact.htm)
Right now support is away from February 15th to February 23rd, 2026.
I only know my dealings with .ts files and using ffmpeg to mp4 worked.
The few times ffmpeg mp4 or mkv don’t work then mkv(mkvtoolnix) option does,
But it seems you tried and still no luck so support needs to figure it out.
Even if there was any possibility of accessing the site those may get same results, and again then only developer can fix.

I did initially think it was just 2 seconds (and said to myself, “What is missed?”). But OP says 2 minutes are missing.
We are all stuck because it’s a pay site. As I said, I do ts files to MP4 many times, as Fawesome TV offers the movies in ts format and then an easy, quick conversion to MP4, and I always get the proper time length.
But can’t compare different sites either.

Yeah I don’t think free samples are a good test, as you can see one of my posts I encourage op to contact support.
Although right now SF support on break, support should have access to the pay movies to test.
