Spotify: Has anyone made the same experience? Only 30 songs downloaded

The download is ended after 30 songs/parts. After a restart sometimes some further songs will be downloaded. But in general the download is very strongly limited to less than 50.
Error message:
“Access to the music information is not possible. Please check your internet connection or contact us.”
Happened with 1.0.6.4 and today with 1.0.6.5
Windows 11, very fast internet with fiber glass

I postet the problem to the MusicFab Team, but unfortunatly no response until today.

I have the same problem; it only downloads 39 tracks from a Spotify playlist (100 traks) and then gives an error. I regret spending money on this software. I also bought Pazu Spotify Music Converter, and that one works perfectly without any track limits or errors.

I tried the trial and downloaded two songs, mp3 and .m4a and both had now audio….How am i supposed to feel confident paying this much for an app when the trial doesn’t even work for the most basic function of what it is supposed to do. Reached out to support team “I forwarded the issue to the developers”

Es stimmt, der Fehler ist in der neuen Version nicht behoben wurden!
Es werden immer noch die 50 Tracks genommen.

I am able to download about 26 or 28 from spotify and then everything else fails with that same message.
When I go to the Spotify tab it says: Downloads available today: 269/300 but I can’t get past 28.
