I have no way to test or even check.

Try clearing cache, temp folders, cookies and see.
Or go futher and uninstall SF and install latest from downloading here:

It was working perfectly two days ago. I’ve already cleared everything: cache, temp folders, cookies – no luck. The same problem occurred about a year ago; back then, we had to wait until the software was updated.

I deactivated the beta app, now the download works again

I have the same issue. RTL+ stopped working within the last 24h. I was on 7.0.17. (WIn10).
I updated to 7.0.18 now but the issue is still there. The download never starts. I also tried re-adding something to the download queue but there is no analyzation or yellow download button on the bottom right. I also tried re-logging into the RTL account. Nothing worked.

I don‘t have this option in the app and website but I fixed the issue by renaming the cache.
C:/User/Username/AppData/Roaming/StreamFab/StreamFab/rootCachePath/cache

Analyzation and downloads are working again.
Can I delete the old cache now or is there anything important stored in there?

I recommend renaming just so you can undo it
if login with a used provider fails.

Once you’re logged in everywhere, you can safely delete the old cache

btw: If you are not in beta - then it’s impossible to leave the beta.
That’s why I can’t find that setting anywhere
