0xFeedBeef To be honest I haven’t tried, but all browsers (including SF) are blocked.

Account logs in again and plays today. I have started watching a couple of movies for 5 or so minutes each and done one successful download. I’ll leave it at that until tomorrow (bedtime now) and report back if that single DL has triggered anything.

This is not unlike the previous D+ behaviour from about 3 or so years back where it would do a temp-ban for about 24 hours.

paradox that’s why I asked, this was the behaviour several years back before someone at Disney had a sudden onset of common sense and realised that “suspicious behaviour” could be resolved by a forced password change and invalidating all logged in sessions… Seems we’re back to square one…

Same here. Usually I only DL one movie. TodayI wanted to DL the recent season of “The Bear” plus season 1-3 that I have in 720p only. After 25 DLs I was logged out and not able to Login.
Interesting:
I tried login from a new device also, got the same “Sry…” error Screen - BUT got an email “WE recognized a login from a new device”.

So it would IMHO essential if the devs solve this issue of SF being identified… 🙏🏼

moviem Same here, that after exactly 25 DL’s I got logged out and out and put into their into jail for 24 hours (ish) PS:I didn’t contact their support, it unlocked automatically.
After doing a single DL last night and two actual partial watches yesterday mine is fine this morning.

I might try to DL 20 EPs and see what happens

paradox it’s probably 20–25 within a specified period of time like an hour or longer…

0xFeedBeef You seem to be right on the money. D+ did this behaviour some time back so it seems to have reverted to that.

I downloaded 11 things yesterday, 2 “Box Office” 4K movies I will shortly embark on watching in the lounge and 9 “quick download” Episodes ( chose 720p to watch on my phone)
No lockout. Let’s just call it “25 in a short period”

Got hit by this while downloading a bunch of episodes (Digimon) after about 45 or so it Disney+Temporarily Blocked my account. Checking via the actual app on my roku it gave me the specific error 91 too many requests. I was locked out for about 18 hours and then it started working again normally. I don’t download much, but it is probably a good idea to enable the pause after so many downloads feature in streamfab.

paradox in the absence of better info, I think that is the best strategy for the time being… It might be a new D+ “feature” that SF could do very little about…

I tried that the Disney+ account is signed out automatically after downloading 20₂₀ videos, but I still can sign in again right now and continue to download the other videos.

But anyway, I will ask the dev to check it.

Why hasn’t the MacOS version been updated to the same released version as the PC? 7.0.3.1 on the Mac is unable to download any Disney+ videos (It doesn’t even try to analyze!). Could we get the 7.0.3.4 version which does at least allow you to download the 20 videos until Disney resets your session?

Have Downloaded the test version thanks. I’ll try to do a “stripmine” for a 480p series (fast to grab each EP) tomorrow and update here.

Question: I did the Download Interval "pause for XX minutes after XX downloads, but it does not automatically continue after that chosen time?

I’ve tried a few times and always the same result.

UPDATE, 6234-TEST still logs-out after about 25 downloads.

Other clients can still play, so long as they don’t get logged-out/private/cleared cookies

I did get the pause option to work . . . Once.
The other times it just seems to stall? Is this setup by Streamclient by any chance?

After logging out, your account is locked. You must call the hotline to unblock access (this applies to the POLAND region).

How much are people downloading?

Might be because most miy downloads are 4k, but I maybe get about 10 downloads or less in an hour.
Plus I take breaks.

Now I may have to look up a phone number for US incase I might get locked. You wonder why they are locking and then unlocking with a phone call. I guess if they say unusall activity blame the holidays. Other devices using all at same time,

Stan001 I downloaded a multi-season series yesterday one season per roughly hour. My dls from D+ come at 100+ MBps, so even with 4K they are a matter of a handful of minutes, no lock out… maybe if I pushed 100 in a couple of hours (yup, that’s how fast I could spend tokens at this speed), I’d get a kicked off D+…

The lock lasts about 24 hours and goes away by itself- no need to call anyone, and only applies to web-login, the app works fine even during the “time out”.
