DRM Removal for Movies Unable to remove DRM from any downloaded TV Shows

Hello,

I have found that for the last few weeks that I have not been able to removed the DRM from my downloaded TV shows.

The process shows as failed and when checking the logs, [Error:5] makes several appearances.

Environment is as follows:

Win 10
iTunes 12.6.1
DVD Fab 10.0.4.4 Beta

I have attached the log for troubleshooting.

I am keen to use the product with my iTunes library, and I am concerned at the lack of communication since raising this issue.

What is the TV show name?
Is it has special characters?
DEV is checking removal failed issue.

The TV shows are Smallville and Sarah Millican.

No special characters are used in any of the TV Shows I am trying to use.
