Speed up transcodes with plug-in

I use TMPGEnc (as well as DVDFab) and have a 'Spurs Engine Plug-in' which uses a WinFast encoding card for the transcoding and the time required is about 20% of what is using the CPU for this. ie., if it normally takes an hour, it takes about 10 - 15 mins with the setup.

I'm sure there are other methods to offload the work from the CPU, it would be a nice enhancement to an already great program.

There is already a feature in Fab which does this to most new graphics cards.

Not for WMV

The CUDA drivers do not work for WMV.

No, beacuse the Windows Media Encoder is as yet to take advantage of that technology.
