Thanks for the suggestion, a.s.a I get a chance I'm going to check it out. As for "Dark Country" I watched it and didn't like it at all lol just a very weak story line and the ending didn't connect the dots for me, so be warned lol
I love me old Horror flicks, so I compiled a list of some I have, and some I will be getting very soon, you will have to judge for yourself, if you think they are good Horror flicks, as every one as different opinions.
I suggest you go looking on You Tube for the trailers to some of these, to give you a better idea of what some are about, some may border more on another genre, more than Horror, but some these are absolute classics so I thought I put them on.

Hi Icewarrior,
That's quite a compilation you have there, I have maybe seen about half of those, and a few comments if you don't mind.
Critters - I thought theses two where more comedy than horror, sort of along the lines of Leprechaun, I guess they categorize them as Horror/comedy
They live - Was more a social commentary than horror, wasn't this a John Carpenter movie, it was very good though, although I must admit to being a Carpenter fan.
Very impressive list though, thanks, I will look into some of those listed that I have not seen

I never seen Critters mate, but i have seen the Leprechaun, and know exactly where you are coming from.
A Children of the Corn remake was released on Tuesday that just passed but the list is pretty good and there is a Screamers 2 that was released a few months back as well. I seen all but 6 of the movies you listed but the ones that are not horror do make some people jump

So they did do a screamers 2, was hoping they would, haven't seen it on the shelves though, have to look harder or go on line, thanks AGJ
Booooyah!!! thanks for that Icewarrior, I didn't realize that, that was a Phillip Dick story, now he could right good sci-fi,
so it's not in theaters yet then, right.
Screamers 2 and Children of the Corn remake are out on DVD already as I have them both. Another one is The Hills Run Red seen it advertised when I watched Trick r Treat and picked it up today at Wal Mart
More importantly, I didn't even know they made a sequel, man I must have been in wonderland, or maybe still falling down the rabbit hole, WOW.
well thanks everyone for putting it on my radar.
it is now high priority, I must see this.
so tomorrow to the mall I go
review to follow...
A couple movies I didn't see in Icewarrior's list are two with Sam Neill: Event Horizon and In The Mouth Of Madness. They're not necessarily scary right away but they really mess with your mind if you think about them afterward.
