67 degrees Celsius is equal to 152.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
There seems to be good reviews on this cooler found here

Alright so I went and bought a new fan today. I did get the temps to max out at 56c which is okay. But, still freezes halfway through encoding for blus. No problems with DVDs, just blus. It must not like something in my hardware. I can't ever get DVDFab to work with blus. I've been trying for about 2 years now, never works.
