Split a movie based on time instead of chapter?

Is there anyway to split a movie based on time instead of chapter? Like if I want to remove an intro to a TV show, but the first chapter doesn't line up correctly. Normally I can just select "Chapters 2-7" or something, but this doesn't work if the chapters don't line up correctly.

Is there a way to do it based on time?
