Hi everyone,
I just got a new pc in the last few weeks with an i5 2500k cpu (Intel HD 3000 graphics). I do not have a seperate GPU as I wanted to use this so called improved integrated graphics and don't need a powerful dedicated card as I'm not a gamer.
Yesterday I tried using DVDFab for the first time in a while and when I go into settings and try to enable "Intel QuickSync" I get an instant notification that says "Your CPU doesn't support this feature".
HD3000 should most definitely support this.
My DVDFab version is 8.1.1.2
Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Intel core i5 2500k
New Asus mobo H67 chipset with IGP
8gb ram
I only use DVDFab for basic DVD rips and occasional conversion from one format to another, I don't have bluray etc..
My system is, so far, 100% error free, everything is fully updated.
Is this a problem with Fab or is it an Intel driver issue??
Any replies would be very much appreciated as I would just love to be able to see if using 'sync' really is all that much faster/better.
Thank you.
