Everytime it shows 385mb, but reverts back to 40mb when start burning backed-up's Should I un-install ImgBurn and re-install, then try setting filler buffer(40), I've been to ImgBurn fourm, but just states basic settings and how to set!

Hi 8855A
Their are two settings for your buffer.
Which ones are you trying to change?
Under Build page 2 to the right change it here first.
Under I/O page 2 to the left change here.
Click OK and you should be all set.
Hope this helped

Your welcome
Your setting of 385 is fine, no need to go any higher.
I believe it stores the data before it is going to write, so that the drive is not burning up all the information from the HDD if burning a fast speeds.
