Can't copy movie

I can't copy the movie "The Smurfs." Everytime I try to copy it, it says "Error while reading." Here's what I'm getting.

I just used DVD Fab for a Blu Ray copy and i had no problem. Make sure the DVD is clean and that your DVD Burner is also clean. You have to buy a DVD cleaner disk for your burner. I have had problems with a bad DVD movie. I had to go get another copy and it worked.
