The problem:
DVD Fab needs constant updates to deal with new DVD protections etc..So I want to keep updating DVD Fab. However, often a piece of functionality in another pat of the program gets broken by the update.
e.g. I was running 8.1.3.2 and it was fine for copying DVDs to .ISOs and the ripping funcion to make .avi files worked well. I update to 8.1.3.6 and the DVD copying still works well, but the ripping to .avi is broken as I can no longer add multiple .ISO files to the queue, if I do DVD fab stops working
The solution.
Is it possible to have 2 versions of FAB on one machine, so an older one can be used for certain functions e.g the ripping and the other version is updated to deal with DVD copying and new protections?
