How long does it take to receive a product key after purchase. I have the approved purchase and the money has been deducted from my bank account but I have yet to receive a key. It's been over an hour. I thought the process was automated...
I snagged the Blu-Ray ripper option. I've needed it for a while now. Although purchased, it still shows as trial user. Additionally, when I login to my member area, the ripper option does not show as a purchased item.
That's just it, I have a account on the Members site and it shows all my purchases with the exception of Blu-Ray Ripper that I purchased this morning. Looks like I might have to post another support ticket.
