Figured it's going to happen as I doubt DVDFab is going to keep developing two different versions. Was just curious as to when updates are going to stop for version 8.

Personally I don't care as I'm using v9 and it's fine as far as I'm concerned. I've already un-installed v8. I was just curious as I don't see DVDFab continue supporting 2 versions.I7 3770K @ 4.4 gig (Noctua NH-U14S), ASRock Z77 Extreme6, 16 (2x8) Gigs Corsair DDR3 1600, EVGA GTX 680 Signature 2, Acer 236H (1920x1080), X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Pro, 2 SATA DVD Burners, Crucial M500 120 GB SSD, WD 2 TB Black HDDs, WD 1 TB Black HDD, WD 2 TB Black HDD (eSata), Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Speaker System, Corsair TX750w PSU, HSPC Top Deck Tech Station, Windows 7 Pro x64

I am not stressed, just would really like to know?
I am sticking with 8 for now, partly because there still seems to be a lot of teething troubles with 9, also I would much prefer as with 8 not having to be on line when I use DVDFab, I have found over the years I have much better luck creating DVDs if I am off line while making them.

There is no difference between the two versions really as far as what they do. But it comes down to preference. I can see ver 8 being phased out eventually and over time we will all get use to ver 9. Well if you still want to use fab then you probably will not have much choice. Also I can't see it being very economical to the fab team to keep both going.

Would someone from DVDFab just confirm that IF I did that, and registered 9 etc I would still be able to use 8 without going on line?
Thank you.........
