Unable to download DVD Fab version 9023. I am advised "unable to execute file Create process failed. Code 740 Requires elevation". I was able to return to version 9022 which works fine. Any thoughts.

How are you downloading the installer, running the installer or saving it.
If running it, try saving it to a download folder then right click on it and run as administrator.
