I do not use nor do I know anything about bluray disc or drives.

I couldn't really comment on that drive either and I'm sure you already know this but that drive will not burn BD blanks, just read only.

Thanks. I think I will wait until a blu ray burner comes out that has noticeably better specs than my LG and swap it in for the DVD Burner.
