Not 100% sure but when backing up "Rise of the Guardians" main movie only I'm getting what seems to be a narrative description of what's going on in the movie around the normal characters talking. Nothing has been changed in the settings of 8228 so I don't understand why this is happening. Can anyone shed any light onto my problem. Is there a certain audio to check or un check when backing this up? Thanks

On the first attempt I copied just the main movie and didn't uncheck any boxes. I re-copied the whole disc to the HD and when I check it there is no other sound heard. I'm going to burn it from BR files to DVD files and see if it works this time, if it does I'll then try a new BR disc and see how it turns out. This time I only left checked the HD audio and unchecked the 2 English boxes in the area UNDER where the HD audio is. I'm guessing that area is for subtitles and possibly the directors comments? We'll see.

When I tried just the hd one I get silence with and without checking off the hd audio box.
the next two no matter what I do gives me commentary.
As for the arrow It moves on its own. I've moved it and tried it in every combo I can do.

You have all the audio tracks checked so you get them all. You can't change them with the player's remote? If not try just ticking the audio track you want and uncheck the rest. Meantime I'll try one and see what I get.How to post the internal log

I just ripped a BD and checked everything, both audio and subtitles and they are all selectable via the player remote. I did main movie 50GB, I think that's what your screen shot showed, a little hard to read.
Have you done a deep clean uninstall on DVDFab lately? Might help? How to post the internal log
