You may need to go into setup (BIOS) and select integrated graphics.
How to post the internal log

Works now, but I still cannot install the VIRTU software because of the error:
"No Intel(R) HD Sandy Bridge Graphics Family Device or Driver was found
      Setup will now exit"

      EDIT:
Just tried to install a newer version of the VIRTU software but the error remains - pretty much - the same:
"No Intel(R) HD SandyBridge Graphics Family Device was found.
Check your BIOS and verify that your integrated graphics is enabled.
      Virtu setup will now exit."

Did you follow my directions and install the Intel HD video driver?

Yes, I did. I also have the Intel HD Graphics icon in the taskbar now.

Which chipset do you have on your motherboard?

I'm wondering if VIRTU is confused. You have a Sandy Bridge motherboard with an Ivy Bridge CPU.

Steve; Which motherboard do you have?

cptthumb; Did you download the upgrade wizard for VIRTU MVP 2.0 and try and run it?

You don't need any other VIRTU installed for it to work.

Oh okay, I thought I had to install the version on the driver disc/from the Asus driver website first.

                      I installed it now, however:
DVDFab 8.2.2.9 detects it (except for VC1) but when I start the 3D ripping process it makes absolutely no progress; stays at 0,00%.
DVDFab 9 still doesn't detect anything at all..

^First 2 images are from v8, third is from v9.

(Virtu MVP says it's running in I-Mode)

                        VC1 isn't supported.

You need to add dvdfab.exe to the app list in VIRTU, it should work then.

That's the dvdfab.exe from both versions.

The license for VIRTU is contained in your motherboard bios, which is what the upgrade wizard searches for.

                            Ah thanks.
It does work now for v8. With CUDA I had 66fps and now with Intel Quick Sync its 104fps. That's impressive!
However still not working for v9.
I think its because of the same reason why CUDA doesn't work in v9 which is that the graphics card is not being detected.

Just out of interest did you try uninstalling CoreAVC to see what happens?

Yeah, but it still doesn't work.

What I'm still curious about is why I don't have fabcheck_internal.log for neither v8 nor v9 in my log directories.
I mean, it's supposed to be placed there automatically isn't it?
