Hi, I have bought and paid for this product; I have lost my registration key...............and my e-mail that I used to purchase no longer exists. So I cannot recieve any info from you's!

I couldn't find an "Update Profile'' tab like on most group websites.
Also; My product does not work anymore; I have gone through the forum and have tried implementing some of the suggested fixes with limited succes.
Currently I get the " media is single layered, please insert a double layered DVD", I changed the DVD to DVD setting from 9 to 5. this worked 1 time. It seems to revert back to 9 all the time. I've tried changing it in the settings; with limited success. I also get a "DVD to DVD has expired" message.
And when I get the switch from 9 to "5" to stay , the process fails.
Please, I like this product when it works. please send me a detailed list of solutions to try; BEYOND what I have already tried above.
