Save the key to the desktop it should look like the DVDFab icon, monkey on a blue background, double click it and see what happens.

I have had problems registering with my key. The one way that finally worked for me was to right click on the key file and browse to dvfab.exe and associate it and run it.

When I copied and paste the key into the registration it would only exept the DVD to DVD portion but would not acknowledge that the DVD - Mobile and File to Mobile were also lifetime.

Once I used the key associated with DVDFab.exe it acknowledged that all three were lifetime.

Exactly what my advice is doing without the complication, if the key takes on the appearance of the DVDFab shortcut icon (monkey on the blue background) then the key is associated with Fab. See Below:

Just for clarification on my previous post.

When I got my new key emailed to me and I saved it to the desktop it was not associated with dvdfab and did not have the icon etc. So I had to physically associate it with DVDFab.exe.

Once associated it worked perfectly.
