Question about HD Decrypter

    License/Key Question about HD Decrypter

    Hello
    Maybe someone can answer this for me. I have been using HD Decrypter with no problems for a long time. Now I am unable to use it. When I select the HD Decrypter and click Try It it starts to load my Blu Ray and then gives me a message that I need to Buy or renew Blu Ray Copy to load the Blu Ray. Did something change? Does HD Decrypter no longer support Blu Ray discs....totally confused. I am using 9.1.4.6, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software to no avail. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

    I cant even buy a license since i am in the US

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
