While updating to the latest software I have multiply errors. I hit retry and they worked, but I got the warning" Qt Platform plugin Windows". It won"t run even after I have uninstalled, Used an earlier version and used a restore point several days earlier. What can I do?

Please go to C:/Program Files/DVDFab 9/platforms folder, and delete is-KPITD.tmp file, then restart DVDFab to see the result.
If cannot find is-KPITD.tmp file in DVDFab 9/platforms folder, please click Tool button>Folder option>View, to tick "Show hidden file, folders, and drive", and then you should find that file.
Check if there is any other files rather than just,
if yes, only keep the three files and delete all other files.Last edited by geilee; 08-20-2014, 04:22 AM. -
I deleted DVDFAB9\ and nothing changed.
I deleted Platforms and It would not run.Comment

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
