Tropic Thunder Problem?

It will open the DVD up but when copy the DVD it hangs at 80.10%.

Ive cleaned the Disc (no visable scratching)

I have tried 3 times now and each time it will lock up at the same time.


Any Ideas ?

oh i understand about logs but once DVD hits that 80.10% it does Not Responding and I have to end that task so therefore nothing gets written to a log.

tried the disk in 2 other players and movie plays..

Sounds dumb but check for scratches or grease on the dvd.
