Payment Keeps Failing

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. For the last couple of months I have been unable to successfully make a payment to DVDFab using my credit card. The first time it happened it was to buy a new product, so I didn't bother in the end. However now my other licenses have expired and I am unable to renew.

I've sent DVDFab an email, but they weren't able to help last time. Hence this post.

I had the same problem. Make sure your credit card isn't blocking it as a foreign payment like mine was.
