Hello, is there any support who can look into this as been weeks and weeks, like I said when ripping the bluray those spoken languages don't appear only when watching the original Bluray it will shop on the TV. I notice when I insert this bluray into the PC the drop down menu for subtitles also is blank but shows the highlights buttons next to it.

Please see image attached, there should be a slider, where you can drag to show more subtitle options, choose the first EN subtitle track, which shall have the subtitle you need. Please do not mark the option for forced only.

Hi There, was wondering if you had any updates on this as been quite a few months. I already done what you mentioned but like I mentioned it's all blank from the drop down and show's further titles down the list.
