Registration for "DVD to Mobile" option

My registration is valid for the "DVD to DVD" option and the "DVD to Mobile" option. This is verified by the e-mail I received to reregister my DVDFab7 software:

Thank you for choosing DVDFab!
=================================
DVDFab "DVD to DVD" (Never Expire)
DVDFab "DVD to Mobile" (Never Expire)

But when I enter the registration information and check my registered options, the "DVD to Mobile" option says:

Option - DVD to Mobile
Licensee - Trial User
Enabled - Yes
Update Expire Time - May 17, 2010

I have reregistered using both method 1 and method 2 many times. Each time the "DVD to Mobile" option is set to expire, instead of "never expire".

What am I doing wrong? How can I get DVDFab7 registered properly so that I can use the "DVD to Mobile" option after May 17, 2010?

I now have a "never expire" license for DVD-to-Mobile.
