    I don't have an expired one to try with, so I can't watch it happen. The renewal should be the same price, whether it is expired or not, I asked Fengtao about that yesterday. Let me see what I can find out. Sorry for the problem.

    No go still...

    Ok, now I am going to ask a stupid question...my license has now expired and it seems that it is adding an extra 7.99 to the 42.00 for lifetime but not to there others. I am wondering why is that. Could it be that the lifetime is adding the extra 7.99 cause it has expired? Yet, why does it only do it to the lifetime renewal. Try the lifetime renewal with an expired license and see what comes up?

    Sorry, I will check it again. I promise you, it worked when I tried it.

    //EDIT// Please try it again, it worked for me. The attached capture is from the second Avangate page (Confirmation and Payment) and shows the $42.00 price carrying through. It showed correctly on the first Avangate page also.

    I am really sorry that you perceive me as a rude person, as certainly it was never my intention to offend anyone. To make things even more absurd, I do not understand what I did or said to offend you...

    What I have been trying to emphasize is that the latest changes in pricing policy are unfair and great injustice towards existing customers with lifetime licenses, owning one half of the "Package Deal".

    Would I care that much if I didn't have high regard of DVDFab products? My wish is to purchase Blu-ray Ripper and complete my package, but under the same options and purchasing benefits presented to new customers.

    I want to remain being happy and satisfied customer of DVDFab. And with time, if/when financial circumstances allow, to buy the remaining options of DVDFab. Is this in any way unreasonable?

    Sorry but I'm not able to check as I already bought Lifetime for all and when I try to renew it tells me I not able to as I haven’t yet purchased any renewable product.

    I have temporarily stickied this thread so it will be easy for everyone to find as these things are updated on the new website.

    @Toymaster
    Were you using the user center ("MEMBER" link) to renew your DVD Copy license?

    @DVDKingdom
    I had noticed this too. It will however allow you to select both of the "Package Deals" and then add other options now and still allow the 20% discount, so I think one or the other is an oversight, not sure which, or they may not have finished website changes before the weekend.

    Renewal pricing not the same...

    The one, two, three and four year DVD to DVD (DVD Copy) options transfer the correct price tro avangate but the lifetime is still showing 42.00 on Dvdfab side and 49.99 on avangate. Still trying to do the renew Dvd copy with a nonstandalone Dvd Ripper package...

    Just a heads up to Fengtao and any users who may select the option. The DVDFab all in one bundle currently does not allow the use of the 20% discount.

    DVD to DVD renewal...

    DVD to DVD or DVD Copy as it is now called. Using User Center.
