As is stands right now when I try to renew to lifetime the renew page is 42.00 under User Center but when I get to the shopping cart under Avangate it is saying 49.99. Something is not correct here.

Please excuse me, but I do not really care about your pricing issues anymore either, you rude person!!!

Please read through the thread, something like this is in the works and will be available on the website before too long.

Non-standalone Dvd to Mobile
Why not have an option for those who have the DVD to DVD for a non standalone version of DVD to Mobile as before...As I was going to renew my subscription and purchase DVD to Mobile along side it but not the new price has me having second thoughts. Where before you had to have DVD to DVD now you do not but I have DVD to DVD already, I only need the DVD to Mobile (non-standalone version).

Originally posted by AGJ View PostSame complaining all over again about giving discounts to loyal customers.- I do not complain about new prices or seek any discounts for the new prices
- But I do want to have the same purchasing options and benefits as new customers have
With an early lifetime license for Bluray Copy, a half of the "Package Deal", I am clearly in a disadvantage compared to the new customers as I have to pay the full price for the other half of the Bluray "Package Deal" (Bluray Ripper). Isn't that a penalty and punishment for early supporters?
And fengtao could stop all this half-cynical replies, rumors and speculations to an end with a simple announcement, yet instead he silently refrains from posting a word in here... for the reasons unknown.
Or perhaps - for well known reasons? But I hope not.Last edited by alcyone; 08-26-2010, 04:07 PM.

Originally posted by jkadlecLifetime Renewals are for users who currently have a non-lifetime license and would like to upgrade to a lifetime license. If the user chooses to upgrade at a later time they won't have to pay the full price. This option was available on the old website as well.
Lifetime is still lifetime...erhh...maybe 'til 2012...

None of the below, not moderator, not employee, but just a person that runs his own businesses and understands commercial reality.
When making such decisive and definitive statements is it you, "The Wizard of Oz" moderator, or employee of Fengtao Inc?

How often should I check - per day, week, month? Or would it be announced somewhere? Thanks.
Originally posted by GregiBoy View PostI just checked the lifetime subscription of BR Ripper and with the discount it cones in at $84.48 USD.
Originally posted by GregiBoy View PostIf the use that I have had out of my lifetime purchase of DVD Copy & DVD Ripper is any indication (Now over 7 years), this equates to around $12 per year for the subscription and becoming less every year I use it or less than 0.10c for every title I have used it on.

It's the old customers that made this company and put it to the current shape, allowing it to develop and produce even better software. So it's only logical to expect that old customers receive some respect by getting equal purchasing options as the new ones.
Of course, this whole discussion would/will be pointless if/when pricing offer mentioned by signals becomes "up and running".

Check the facts before exploding!Existing customers can buy either ripper (both, if the have DVD Copy and Blu-ray Copy) basically for the old price by registering on the website to access their license management data. This offer may not be up and running yet but it will be.
