i did a system restore on two of my computers and I was then able to use Fab 8, however, I tried it on my third computer and it did not work. I then use a clean tool, restarted it and still no luck. I am frustrated. I can download the key I can paste it in, but still DVD copy is not enabled. I other Fab program are but not copy. HELP

can AVG prevent Fab from receiving licence

can AVG virus program prevent Fab from loading licence? DVD copy is still listed as "trial" use even after downloading licence to computer from both the site and from email. My bluray licence is activated but not copy.

As long AVG doesn't block access read/write to registry, no.

Please do not start another thread on this topic.
I realize you're frustrated, but three or more threads on the same topic only serve to fragment any help you'll receive and confuse and frustate anyone trying to help.

Previously, I suggested that you contact admin with your license info to see what the status is. It may have been blacklisted if you were online with one or more pcs at a time. You have Fab installed on three pcs, correct?
Perhaps it is as simple as just being lost in Fengtao's database.

I tried installing Fab 7 and 8 on another computer and Fab 7 installed fine with all its features working, but Fab 8 would not accept my registation code. It still says I am a trial member. What can I be doing wrong? Fab 7 installs and works but Fab 8 doesn't. What different about the two?

How do I reach the administator to check? What is the PM? Thanks for your help.

No problem, I'm sure we'll get it sorted eventually.
I'd pm both signals (admin) and Fengtao.
Just click on their user names and send it to both at the same tiime...no need to give yourself more work...

Include your license number, the invoice email you received when you paid (if you have it). More is better.

In the meantime, I'll alert Fengtao to the problem and link this thread for him.
He can check it and at least then we'll know if the problem is on your end ...or in Beijing.

Just click on this link:


You'll find a thread started by Fengtao (user name) and one started by signals (user name).
Open each thread and then click on the user name.
As you click on each name, you'll get a dropdown for the pm.

You can also get this pm message by clicking on their Public profile link.

licence enabled on Fab8 up thru 8029

sorry to bother you again, but I have tried all you have suggested and still can't access customize, split or clone on Fab8. However, I am enabled on all versions of Fab 8 up to and including 8029. Once I go to upgrade to the newest version however I am not enabled anymore. I click on my Fab Key and it does not work. Is there something different about 8032 that is causing this, Like I said when I install any version of Fab up to 8032 my licence is enabled. but not 8032. Please help
