Ok, so I purchased way back when:

DVDFab Platinum 3.x Never Expire

Then when the Blu-ray option came out I bought

DVDFab Blu-ray Copy Never Expire which when I bought it included all of the options including Blu to DVD, Blu ripper etc

Then when the file converter split off I bought

DVDFab Video Converter Never Expire

I also accidentally bought DVDFab DVD Copy because one day DVDFab was telling me I was expired and nothing I did would convince it I had a lifetime on it.

Now maybe because the member area is having problems the key I downloaded early this morning din't do anything and I updated to the latest version and now the Blu to DVD ripper says expired.

Should I be eligible for a lifetime of all Blu-Ray and all DVD stuff by this point?

If you are waiting for the Member Center updates, they are working on it and should have it fixed in 24-36 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience, please use the trial version for now.

Member page still not updated so hopefully in the next few days it will be as I have all options for DVDFab and as well a key for region+css free which was purchased over 5 years ago. Same email address used to purchase everything with as well

No, sorry, Passkey is only discounted/free under the conditions I listed, to compensate DVDIdle/Pro and Region+/Region Lite customers who were
left out when development stopped on those products. The 20% discount is still active though, so don't forget to enter the code if you decide to purchase.

Passkey 8 is only free if you had DVDIdle Pro or Region+CSS Free.

There is definately a problem. I cannot activate PassKey 8 as I was sent my KEY from way back when I had DVDFab3. I tried my current KEY which I am using for DVDFab8 - I get the THANK YOU message and DVDFab will be restarted - but it is still a trial version.

Yes, it should be on your list in the user center (Members). If you purchased the other options with a different email address, they will need to be consolidated. All of the options have to be on the list for BD->DVD to show up.

//EDIT// I just checked again and there seems to be a problem with the Member Center. I will check on it. Just use it in the trial mode for now.

This didn't work for me. Is Blu-Ray to DVD Converter supposed to be in my list of products?

I downloaded and installed a new key and all that happened was Blu-Ray to DVD Converter changed from being "Trial User" to "Never be used"!

Where do I go from here?
