However, I noticed I could analyze 1 album before I got the error, and I could still download. So if I copy a link for an album/song from another browser, and paste into MusicFab. Then press play/pause. Then press the analyze button I am not getting the issue. Only when navigating/browsing to albums/songs from within the app do I have the issue. Maybe try it? Or I could have just got lucky and it's working for me (for now).
You got lucky. I tried that but eventually it will stop.

How does one clear the cache? BTW I am using the MacOS version.

This opened a new window that did not function. I then signed out of Amazon in the original MF window and signed back in. MF has worked since then.

I have no idea what happened or why.
How were you able to sign-out of MusicFab when the MS Edge error pops up and you cannot even log out?

Sorry, I forgot about that in the setting. I tried that - no luck for me.

Is anyone using MusicFab for MacOS? There is no uninstaller. You just move the app to the garbage can, emtpy trash, "reboot" - not sure if a reboot is really necessary but regardless - still does not improve things.

Curious if anyone has a better way to "uninstall" MusicFab from Mac?

Don't bother. I use a Mac and have had this issue for months. Opened a ticket, and they keep dragging their feet to resolve it.

I've used multiple uninstallers and the same result. Once you do an analysis, it will go right back to the error message, and you will have to do the whole uninstall process again.

I fixed this error by clicking on the "Download the desktop app" button. After it finishes installing, I logged into my Amazon Music account (not sure if this step is necessary) and the error went away and the Amazon Downloader started working.

I use a Mac too and this goddamn problem with Amazon music has been going on for months. The thing is, I don't really think it's that hard to fix, especially since it was fixed in the Windows version. This app really turned into a piece of crap. They can't even get the counter right on the downloads page, it's off by 1, you downloads end when you have "1 left" - I mean come on. Every new feature just adds more bugs.
