Mohikan I guess you didn't want to persevere. Even though it is working now. If you are within your trial period and have stated categorically you wish a refund, the answer must be "refund submitted" or similar. I can only speak of my own experience when requesting similar refunds for other Fab products. I cannot fault them for honouring this.
