Wilson.Wang Mona , who supports MusicFab here in the forum?NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

It won't, apart from getting your money back. I can only speak in regards to both Amazon Music & YouTube Music, as I purchased both licenses - but both of these modules have never worked properly for any decent length of time since their inception. The technical support offered is garbage, and I speak from direct experience of trying that avenue a few times. Count yourself most fortunate if you are in a position to get your money back.

I have now received an answer to my request for a refund. I should download the latest version and describe the errors that occurred in more detail. I already did that with two separate tickets, which have now been closed for reasons I can't fathom. My request for a refund was not answered. I have therefore asked for a refund again.
Nevertheless, I wanted to give musicfab at least another chance. After downloading the latest version, amazon music also works partially. I was able to download two music albums. The download of an own playlist broke off from the eighth track in the analysis.
With Youtube music, the download arrow is only gray and there is no analysis of the titles, so no download possible.

So, I'm still also getting the "update chrome" and "download desktop app" (which of course, no way to update the app internally used by MusicFab); installing Windows desktop app does nothing for MusicFab, but I did it anyway.
Basically dead in the water as brand new user, just purchased.
I put in ticket basically saying, if you don't have a fix, please refund my the purchase price of this module as this was my main reason for purchasing the Amazon and Apple modules as custom pack.
Main goal was to get HD versions of albums I already own on CD, some going back to 80s without rebuying everything *again* and again.
Hope they come up with some kind of workaround. (( SIGH ))

Mohikan simchris Okay. As of right now, the Amazon Music module appears to be working. I have successfully downloaded from being queued, several separately selected random tracks. I have not as yet tried YouTube Music. I have also not encountered the issue with Chrome needs updating bs. But that's merely a matter of time before that reappears!!
If you are still experiencing major issues I would advise doing a 'clean' uninstall using uninstall software like Revo Uninstaller Pro and then following up with CCleaner Professional after the removal of MusicFab, to make sure (all) remnants of the previous installation has been removed off your system. Rebooting your pc and then reinstalling using the 'offline' installer of MusicFab.
In DVDFab download center, you can find and download free full range of products including DVDFab 13, StreamFab, MusicFab, Passkey, UniFab, etc.
In regards to requesting a refund. If you are within your 'trial' period and you want a refund -they have to honour that request. But, be very specific when requesting it. DO NOT give them (any) wiggle room such as: "I put in ticket basically saying, if you don't have a fix, please refund my the purchase price of this module". You'll just be told to download the latest update, or wait for the next update and try again. As you have not been adamant that all you want is your money back. If you want a refund state: I now request a full refund as I am still within my trial period. I expect you to honour this request!
But just know this, MusicFab has never worked properly (as advertised) from it's beginning. It works for a bit then doesn't. It's very glitchy. MusicFab's technical support is garbage, plain and simple. Runaround City basically. I don't even bother using that portal any more, it's more frustration than helpful (personally I think that's by design). Yes, the product is a pain-in-the-arse, but, I'd rather have it than not. Since I've had the license for Amazon Music I have been able to download a lot of tracks, and I do mean 'a lot', so in that respect I have got my original money's worth.
So before acting out of annoyance (justifiable) or sheer frustration (again, completely justifiable) over the lack of usability, try uninstalling (clean) and reinstalling and see how you go. If after that you still find it's not for you -get your money back.Last edited by littlebluealien; Today, 04:12 AM.

littlebluealien: Thank you very much for your help.
I have submitted a new refund request based on your text suggestion above. I am looking forward to the answer and will then report here.
