Since November 2024, I have been experiencing a persistent issue with MusicFab on macOS that renders the software effectively unusable. Despite numerous support requests and detailed logs, the problem has not been addressed in any meaningful way.
The core issue revolves around recurring Chrome/Edge-related errors in the application, such as:

Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and support continues to respond with boilerplate messages such as “please wait for future versions” or “use the latest version.” No technical feedback has been provided. The ticket has even been closed without a proper resolution.
I am now asking the developers directly and publicly:
Will this issue ever be fixed, or should macOS users accept that MusicFab simply won't work properly anymore?
Please, be honest with your customers. If a fix is not coming, say so. If macOS is no longer a priority, clarify it. Many users would rather hear a difficult truth than continue wasting time on false hopes and repeated reinstallations.

- Application failing after one successful download unless cache is manually deleted
Over the past 8+ months, I have:
- Installed every new version, including the latest one (e.g., musicfab_for_mac_1054.dmg)
- Performed multiple clean installs, using tools like AppCleaner to remove all residual files
- Tested the software on different macOS devices
- Shared detailed logs and screenshots with support
- Repeatedly followed all recommended steps (cache clearing, full reinstalls, updates)
