I hope one of the senior members can take a look at this!! first thing you are using a very old version of Fab .7.3 is the latest build with a new beta out! Also it looks like the movie you are copying does not have any BD protection? Are you using the original disc? Also I have never seen this "0m 34.07s: stream(2,3,0)/clip(2,3,6) infos are not the same, using clip info to regulate it." But it could have something to do with burning and ISO, which I never do! Can you post a screen shot of the Fab screen when you have everything selected that you want?
