I am trying to backup my old BD copy of Brokeback Mountain - 31.3 GB - but DVDFab is not following directions.
By eliminating foreign languages and HD sound, I was able to bring the size of the "movie only" down to 22.5 GB; which should fit on a 25 GB disc. HOWEVER, when I start copying, the system automatically starts to compress the file as if it were taking into account the full 31.3 GB - An 8 hour prospect.
I have done this before and DVDFab has copied only what will fit into a 25 GB disc to the HD. I then burn it to disc thereafter, and all this takes less than 1 hour for the entire process to finish.
DVDFab is automatically going to "22.28.25 - video reencode rate bitrate 20905 kbps" instead of going directly to "Source (00024 m2ts)."
Has anyone encountered something similar?
