      1) insert disc open fab
      2) select clone option and click the iso icon on the top right of the screen and ripp to hard drive.
3)restart fab load the iso from hd into main movie option and select bd25 the bottom.thats as far as it will let me go till the error message pops up.
Why are you making an ISO? To play on the computer? Copy the movie to the HDD as 50GB then on the HDD compress down to BD25 then burn the BMDV file and Certificate to your BD using ImgBurn! Yes this is support forum but the replies you are getting are from users like you! Fengtao and other DVD Architects do respond just not immediately!! It can be frustrating and we will us users try and help you out!

As it states above thats what i'm trying to do compress the bd50 to a bd 25 disc.I do know the simple method!! i have done it 134 times to be exact, thats not the problem it ripps to hdd just fine, but when i try to load the iso from my hdd to the source in the main movie option soon as the iso loads up a blue ray report pops up,As i have also explained above what it says. Now i make a iso first because it actually faster to shrink that way on my setup and so it doesn't kill my blueray burner out as quick as to the alterntive method.

no im not x out over one film im x out because the slow support i am a big fan of fab actually made my own t shirt with their logo on it.And that if their is a problem with the movie are program a mod should say let me check into it and ill get back to you and not say anything at all.i under stand that their are more ppl that are having issues, but they have a product that they sold and are the best but one of the biggest things about their product is this site and support.Ppl always put the blame on someones setup are doing something wrong, but after two years of this product i can pretty much work out my own problems useing this product but this one here is the first problem that has me puzzled. As a tech at a company that i work for we never let someone stay down on our product were their quickly and if it can't be done soon we let them know what we need to do and we get back to them asap thats all, just knowing someone is looking into it.

Why dont you just burn the movie as a BMDV? And not an ISO?

The Forum Moderators are just users like you who bought and paid for DVDFab but the Moderators volunteer personal time to help forum members and resolve forum issues. We in no way work for DVDFab but we do have jobs where we have to actually work to pay bills and eat so can not be on forum 24/7. If you want immediate direct help from DVDFab then use the Support link on the DVDFab website as like mentioned they not get to the threads in a timely manor

Now with the info you posted in a couple posts up you said you using the Clone option to get the iso. Well to me that is your problem and maybe should give the Full Disc option a try instead. That should work if you save as iso. If it not work then save as folder instead and the folder has the BMDV and certificate inside it. I as well mentioned for you to do that in earlier posts but seems you did not even give that a try. You just keep mentioning iso does not work and I understand that.

Just need you to try other to see where the problem is as it just may be the Clone to iso that problem as it could be creating a corrupt iso

I dont know how it takes any more of your burner. With the method I described you only copy the full move to the HDD and you can put the disc away! All compression is done on the HDD and you burn!

Clone will copy everything that is on the disc even the region code
Full movie takes all that stuff off and just gives you the menus ,Main Movie, Previews and sub pictures(sub-titles) As protection and technology advances sometime you need to change things up! But like ever body has said it might be something that Fengtao needs to look into for this movie but if there are time restraints then you will have to go with a different method for this movie at this time! This is from the Fab site for the features of the product: "Full Disc" copies the whole content including all movies, menus and trailers; "Main Movie" just copies the longest movie title; "Clone" makes perfect 1:1 bit-to-bit copy of Blu-ray

no one said to change your method but rather try another method to see if it would work. then if it works it would give the developers something to work with. Clone mode copies everything from the disc including data . clone removes all protection and region coding making it region free . full disc copies everything except for data from disc while removing copy protection and region code
