    Can't open "The Tourist"

    I have tried several time but still could not open the disc "The Tourist", could you please advise how I can back up this blu-ray disc?

    What do you mean you cant open it? Need more information, what error are you receiving what version of this disc is it? Can you post your logs under c documents DVDFab please post the internal log for this movie.

      The drive read the the disc for long time but still could not define the disc and keeps reading, below is the log:

        This is not the beginning of the log. Do you have anything running in the background? Can you start other movies? Please post the start of the log.

          The Tourist

          Don't have a blue ray player, but no problem with the latest beta verson at all. I hope this help you a little bit.

            Open your movie by playing it in another program such as powerdvd or something like that. First get the movie playing on powerdvd and then once it starts to play you have to open dvdfab up to open the movie. Had this problem before too. Once the movie is open on fab you can close the other program out. Usually you only have to play the movie for only a minute or so then fab will open it up.
