This is a log from ImgBurn but it is not a complete burn log, the completed burn log will be much bigger that this.

Please do not compress from your drive
First save it to your HDD as BD50, and then use that file to compress from your HDD down to BD25 and burn the compressed BD25 file.
Doing it this way saves wear and tear on your optical drive ans is also faster.

You may also try using all software for decoding and encoding to do this Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.

Yes, your source will be your optical drive with the movie in it, and your target will be your SSD and you will choose BD50 on the Blu-Ray copy screen near the bottom.

It won't work any faster frame rate wise but will have less to do. Let the task run and see if it's any faster overall time wise.

After it copies as 50GB open up Fab again Blu-Ray and select 25GB, your source will be the file you just did and the target can be another spot on your HDD or you may choose your burner and after compression is done it will request for a blank disc.

If you choose to write to your Hdd and you have ImgBurn set up correctly with Fab you can use the Write Data function within Fab Blu-Ray Copy , or you may choose to use ImgBurn by it self to burn to disc using the Write Files/Folders to Disc.

You should not have to do this if the movie is less than 25GB, but as stated before if it is more than 25GB by doing it this way saves wear and tear on your drive.

Why is my cpu usage is at 99 percent for? Is there a way to fix this or bring it down? I have Intel i7 960 3.2ghz, 8gb memory, I have all codces set on software.

I think he is confused here.

IntelP4, use the following steps:-

Copy to you hard drive WITHOUT compression then remove optical disk.
Open the hard drive folder and use "Movie Only" mode to compress to another folder on your hard drive.
Use the "Write Data" mode of Fab to open this COMPRESSED fo;der and burn to a disk.

As many other users on this forum have advocated, while you are getting this process sorted out, use a BD-RE for testing to save coasters.
